Is this watch authentic?
Yes, this is 100% genuine. At TGM Watch are made from commercial Seiko movements manufactured by TMI factory, completely imported. Then, we meticulously refine them with custom parts such as straps and hands, cases, glasses, inserts, with alternative materials of better quality than the default seiko version, the parts that are easily recognizable by the naked eye are the Glass and Insert

Is it waterproof or water - resistant?
Thank you for your interest in our timepieces.We would like to let you know that your watch is water-resistant up to 10ATM - 20ATM, which makes it suitable for swimming and everyday use around water. However, to ensure the longevity and performance of your watch, we kindly recommend that it not be worn while diving or during high-pressure water activities.
What is the size of the watch case?

Do I need to wind this watch?
Thank you for your order.Please kindly note that our watches are automatic mechanical watches. When you first receive the watch, we recommend manually winding it to get it started.Here’s how to wind your watch:1. Hold the crown (the small knob on the side of the watch).2. Turn the crown clockwise (away from you) about 20–30 times.3. After winding, wear the watch daily to keep it running through your wrist movement.- If the watch stops after a period of not wearing, simply repeat the winding process.- Should you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out.- We’re happy to help!

Can I return it if I don’t like it?
Yes, At TGM WATCHES we know for a fact that you will be thrilled with your new TGM WATCHES. In the rare event that you are unsatisfied with your watch or if there were any shipping damages you can get a refund within 14 days after receiving your watch, we will cover the shipping costs if the problem is caused by us. If not, You will need to pay for the shipping costs yourself and we will charge $30 - for the shipping costs we paid to ship the watch to you. Just send us an email and we will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
I received the watch, but it is not working. What should I do?
We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Could you kindly check if the crown (adjustment knob) has been fully pushed in? Sometimes the movement might pause if it’s not completely secured.If the issue persists, please send us a short video showing the condition of the watch. We’ll be happy to assist you further or arrange a replacement if necessary.Thank you for your understanding and support.
The item looks different from the pictures?
We believe this is unlikely, as our packaging department carefully checks every order multiple times before shipping. However, if there is any issue, please don't hesitate to contact us — TGM Watch will gladly send you the correct item you ordered, completely free of charge.

You will not have to pay any consumption tax. However, if you are still notified of customs tax, please notify us, TGM will resolve it for you.

Why was my payment declined?
